Now and then, I come across people who feel their latex and shoe fetishes are normal, but at the same time, there are those who find it awkward and others who don’t even know that they have a fetish. So, before I get into how I live with my body piercing fetish, I’ll try to describe my understanding of what a fetish is.
A fetish is an insatiable fixation on an object or part of the body. This means that having that object with you or fantasising about it gives you sexual gratification regardless of whether or not you are with a partner. The most common fetishes include foot fetish, underwear fetish, body piercing fetish and sadism.
I have a body piercing fetish. From eyebrow, lip and tongue piercings, to nostril, nipple and bellybutton piercings - they all get me aroused. However, despite what some people may think, it doesn't mean that I have piercings all over my body; there’s a lot more to it than that.
Still, the truth is that when it comes to my sexual partners, a piercing is not optional; it’s a prerequisite. Just like food, I've made it a part of my everyday life.

I love piercings, and my latest one is the one in my bellybutton. Though, I have to be clear that my body piercing fetish is not about the pain because sadism isn't something I could be obsessed with.
Nonetheless, embracing my body piercing fetish has enabled me to accept who I really am and because of this, I feel completely fulfilled. When attending events and going out to parties and nightclubs, I like to wear my nostril and tongue rings, and while some people seem appalled, especially by the tongue ring, it doesn't bother me because I know that I’m just being true to myself.
Still, even though I have come to terms with my body piercing fetish, the journey hasn't been without obstacles. For instance, despite the fact that I like to show off my piercings anytime I get the chance, facial piercings are not allowed at my workplace, and I have to abide by those rules.
I've also had a few friends who just wouldn't accept me for who I am so I had to let them go because I couldn't give up something that makes me tick at such a deep level. I realised that it's only when I'm happy that I can be sure to spread the same warm feelings to those around me.
Self-acceptance has been my goal, and introducing my body piercing fetish to my partners makes me satisfied, especially if they also share my obsession.
I consider pleasuring a man with a lip or tongue piercing the most sexually arousing thing, and luckily, my current boyfriend has these, as well as ten other piercings on his body including his genitals.
This gives me gratification that I wouldn't get from anything else. From my own experience, I believe anyone with a sexual fetish can live how they want; however, it has to begin with being open about it and connecting with people who share the same fixation.
