Just saw this - i assume there is a 100mb limit on video (file size) ?

Video encoding  (to MP4) is a variable thing.  Depending on which software / app / resource you are using the bitrate can be varied  - the by product of this is you lose quality.

How long have you got?

Something I downloaded of of youtube is 5mb - a minute in duration - at low quality - but watchable.

May give you a bit of a guide?

Best to try a few variants.
