yes ... what about the trust?! ... and the consent?! ... and the pre-arrangedness ... ju jitsu would be sheer madness without a clear understanding of limits.

I would not describe ju-jitsu as BDSM but it can be definitely used as and for BDSM just like almost any other activities. What matters is not the technique or the activity itself but the intent you place behind it.
