It's pretty hard. I am a professional Dom and it is rare to meet other Doms/Masters to network with, even inside the business.

Definitely get out and meet people in your local community, make friends and the rest will come. Find your local munches and try all of them out. If you are near a big city there will definitely be more than one I suspect. Also find online communities to be involved in. Fill out your profile here properly. Tell people about you, not just kinky you but what else do you like doing and talk to people, read lots, get advice and make friends. Do not submit to the first arsehole dom who lands in your inbox demanding you call him Sir Shithead.... If he is not willing to work to get to know you before he asks for that he is not a Dom you want to be with
