I’m new to this, so sharing my fantasies is exciting and terrifying at the same time, and if I can’t find myself here where else can I?

I haven't done this, but I can easily imagine the thrill. As far as the friend goes, you have to consider what's in it for her to watch (I'm guessing from context it's a woman). Do you as a couple have any kind of sexual history with the friend? (I think couples occasionally playing sexually with friends is not as rare as you might think.) The main thing is you risk a bad situation if her needs aren't considered.
