Unable to update 18+ video as proof

Each time Ive tried it says that the filesize is too big despite be only around 60mb. My first attempt was 90ish mb which may have been too close. But the smaller one shuld be ok?

60mb does seem quite large, you could try compressing using handbrake to see if that helps

alternatively, please raise a ticket via https://fetish.servicecenter.de/en-us/

ok ill turn down the resolution and try again, if not compression, if not ticket!
