I've read and written about bondage for a long time now but I've never actually participated, but one day I am hoping to find a partner who shares my enthusiasm for kinkiness.

I'm not really a party person - I dislike going to nightclubs and bars because I don't drink alcohol and find it awkward when everyone around me is getting drunk. I much prefer staying at home with a good book or an awesome movie or TV show, and my favourite fictional genre is definitely fantasy.

But, as well as watching and reading this kind of thing, I also like to write it. One of my biggest hobbies is writing fictional stories - not really the kind I can publish but they're more for me than anything else, but I just love story-telling. It's one of the reasons I want to be a wildlife film-maker, so I can tell stories from the natural world.

And, as you can see, I have registered myself as a switch. Sometimes I'd like to be on top, sometimes the bottom. And this is very important to me - I think it adds a little spice, and a great element of trust between me and my potential partner if we're both willing to submit to the other on any given day. I'm not looking for a master/slave sort of relationship really. What I'd like is to meet someone who would like something more casual - a shared hobby rather than a lifestyle. From something simple like watching a movie together with one of us tied up, to something more indulgent like spending a few hours engaging in a little pet play. There's a lot of things I want to try, but I need to find someone who's okay with my lack of experience and is willing to either help me learn or learn together with me.
