Anal and dairy don’t mix?

[Angel_Seven]

I feel like this is the only place I could ask this question without shame so: Lactose intolerant people/ people with stomach problems, how do y’all navigate anal?
personally, I want to try it but I'm scared because of my terrible relationship with my stomach. I know douching exists so it’s more about the mental block now.
anyone else have similar experiences or thoughts on this?

Ease into it to begin with. Try and purchase a training kit and start with the smallest size till you're comfortable with it and that way you do it when you want to and on your own till you feel you're ready to try it with someone else present

Everyone needs to pull up their big girl panties on this one. if you play in the backyard long enough, you get muddy. No not like Zack and Miri levels but a little. So you have to act like a grown up and head to the bathroom and clean up. You never talk about it, you just tell them how much you enjoyed the opportunity. You should be as sure as you can that your stomach is settled, clean yourself well, a douche is great but not always available. Then just go slow and use a lot of lube.

Douching is definitely the first thing.
Second is you can try something like Imodulium, to steady your possibly nervious bowls.
Thirdly, what TandT1013 said!
Start with s small toy, and on your own, and use crazy amounts of lube.
You should never feel ***. Discomfort is pretty normal. But *** is an immediate STOP.
This is why you start small, and then progress to larger toys. So that you can get used to it, and you do not get injured.
An anal tear from going to big, to fast, can be a horrific thing.
But!!
You can avoid *** all together, by going slow, and using lots and lots of lube!
And when done right, can be amazing!

But yes:
●Douche (not a lot of water, a few rinses with just a little, mayybe like ½ cup of water--or there abouts--at a time)
●Maybe an Imodium (anti-diarrhea) at the start of the day
●lots of lube
●start small

You should never feel p ai n. Discomfort is pretty normal. But p.ain. is an immediate STOP!

Firstly wait til it’s the right time and your tummy feels settled generally.

Empty your bowels first (go for a Pooh) - if you are able to drink plenty of fluids first this will actually help.

Then, a douche doesn’t have to touch your stomach. Just a gentle anal flush out with some warm water - it might actually help to settle you ?

Of course you could do a deeper douche .. like an irrigation which may also generally help your tummy - but that might need some expert advice first just in case it might make it worse. But worth looking into ?

Then don’t rush it … keep it relaxed and stress free and go steady. Build up slowly or even over several different times.

And of course … if you were closer I would offer to show you … 😉🤣.

God luck !

I would suggest solo practice in the shower. Poop at least half an hour before. Then douche 2/3 times and hold the douche in for around 15/30 seconds. This will clear the anus without a deep irrigation. If you use fingers or a small toy first time, you should have no issues. Lots of lube too when you do any anal play. Stainless steel butt plugs are great because you can lube the plug and your hole and the toy will almost certainly remain clean. The great thing about doing this play in the shower is that any mess just washes away.

As well as everything stated above. You should talk with your partner first. Sometimes, regardless of our cleaning routine there's a little something. If they're too immature to handle it, they're too immature for anal.

Good reply and very true - but tbh unless you’re an anal virgin or happen to have struck it lucky every time , surely the “little something” should be already known and understood.

Why do some people feel like trash talking others? There is nothing immature in disliking things. If you dislike mess, then you dislike mess, that's all about it. Anal comes with mess sometimes even when you clean well, you need to accept it as a fact.
