I would say that they can put any tattoo and piercing that makes then happy and as for increasing play I would say using a marker to draw tattoos on them and let them draw on you

i have some cuter jewelry for my piercings when i'm feeling little, like bows and hearts! i don't think my tattoos or piercings really play a role in play but i like having the cute ones as an option especially since my normal aesthetic is pretty opposite.

I just completely forgot about my piercings when I'm little and if I find out about them when little I just mess with them and my tattoo is just cute and it doesn't do anything for me

I love my body art regardless of how little or big I feel, they are a piece of me.

I always ask Daddy or Mommy if they like my new tat or piercing idea. So far I may finish my back wings tattoo, but no facial body art allowed ⛔ I'm told my face is too pretty to mark 🥰

I actually have a tattoo that feels super ‘little’ to me! It’s a Disney Rapunzel tattoo, and I love it because it makes me feel cute, dreamy, and connected to that fairy tale magic ✨ I don’t think tattoos take away from being little at all—if anything, they can make it even more fun and personal! Plus, you could totally incorporate it into a scene, like ‘Oops, I accidentally drew on myself!’ and now I need to be reminded to be more careful 😖
