0P**** Posted June 20 One of the things I was thinking. Not sure if it would work in reality but instead of ring of fire. Have steam coming out of it instead. For safety reasons may be better for dry ice. I know that produces smoke effects similar to steam.

Dry ice appears more dense, and is heavier than air, so it sinks. steam rises. Can be an issue depending what you're doing. Both will burn the skin if there's enough contact I used to do projection work years ago for music vids etc, did a wall of dry ice for a guy to walk through whilst I projected images onto the dry ice, looked very rock & roll.
