F@ar Play

A simple blindfold can do absolute wonders to turn up the intensity level. The not knowing where the other people are, what are they about to do and when. That alone, the anticipation and the sudden applications of physical sensory play. Couple this with some restraints and lack of freedom giving up control. You will be sent out of your tiny minds with untold thills of extacy.

I was recently asked to fulfill a *** fantasy. She wanted to go as real as possible. Closed fist hitting, choking her out etc. For me I had to pass.
1. This was maybe 2 conversations in.
2. I do not want to be thought of in anyway associated with ***.
3. What if for some reason she got mad at me. Even with written consent it's not a battle I'm comfortable with.
I understand it is a valid link for some but I had to draw the line personally. I wished her luck and blocked her.

Notorize a consent form with a description of the scene, and videotape it to show the scene does not deviate from the description. This is for everyone's safety.

Mmm this reminds me of a recent experience I had 🫦 was definitely an adrenaline rush.

You sure this isn’t overgeneralized??
So far the only example involving actual F.E.A.R is from @portland22809 the rest is primarily based on shame and anticipation

I have played with claustrophobia and acrophobia before so i‘ll just add that having a plan(and a plan B) can be good but expecting to follow it isn’t, this is quite literally playing with instincts where people will act before they could normally think while in a state of mind that makes them less able to think so don’t take(for example) the elbow to the face personally
Also panic is to be avoided and end the scene

On @@Legionis; nbsp;not to throw shade but outside of porn a „notarized consent form“ is not more that extra spice for the high protocol crowd which is not more or less legally binding than a „one free hug from mom“-coupon and that is for safety reasons, and video/photo/audio documentation while potentially fun and good for review do need their own separate consent negotiation
So the assumptions one has to make to take that comment as advice do look coercive and predatory to me(and not in a sexy way)
Again i‘m not trying to put words i read between the lines in your mouth but the „misuse“ potential can be insane on this one

Definitely I like the safety but I feel like I would like if a sexy girl ***ed me

No offense, but that's not at all correct. The notorized consent form details exactly what happens within the scene and shows that both parties agreed to the encounter BEFORE it happened.
And consent to these documentation of the encounter needs to be mandatory before any encounter takes place. It in no way requires a separate contract. What would require a separate contract would be if it were planned to be distributed.
Your insistence that it isn't binding is based on what? Feeling? Utter bs. .

I think being cuffed up and not knowing what's to come is pretty scary I've done it with a man I knew awhile he liked to dominate his little bitch I sure didn't complain I couldn't his cock was in my mouth lol

Here for this! a good majority of my desire is based on the mystery. Even as far as a mystery of who, when, and where. (Contract entrusted to my primary to make plans on my behalf which covers allowances for potential pre-approved persons, places and acceptable time-frames or events).

A part of the interest for me psychologically is the "prey" mindset. - I'm not a target IRL. I don't worry about being that girl. So it's fun to play that role especially when I am allowed to fight back.

Sharps are a big thing for me so Nkives and Dangerous threats, exhibitions, skin marks, bondage.

The threats are probably the biggest turn on for me at least.

I'm sure it depends on your local legislation but where I'm from a contract is not a guaranteed safety net. Even if consent was preagreed to it can be argued that consent can be withdrawn at any point in time, even during the scene obviously. And with that, any court has to decide on a case by case basis on whether consent was given during the entirety of the scene. Whether a court would find someone guilty of *** depends on the culture and society that this is happening in

You're missing a few key points. The contract contains a description of the scene. This includes safe words or other means to end the scene.Ans the video documentation PROVES the scene was conducted as described and that the safe words weren't used. Is it foolproof, no. But nothing is. Courts and jurors are stupid. But what's more stupid is taking no action at all other than "trust" to ensure legal safety.
The other poster's stance that it's as good as a "free hugs from mom" coupon is ludicrous.

Dude my stance is that making a whole ass appointment to get a official rubber stamp on your roleplay contract doesn’t hold any actual legal weight in any civilized society and neither should it, for safety reasons

Seriously if i did a slave trade scene in your area would your government recognize my legal ownership of the person i „picked“ if i kept the receipts?? Not to mention that either every part of the contract is verbally revocable from when the ink is still wet up to during the specified event/act which is what i meant when i called it „extra spice for the high protocol crowd“ or it’s a coercive tool to prey on less experience/informed/secure people

Also not sure how you are doing things but if i have mutual trust with a partner then my „legal safety“ is not even among my potential concerns

I've had this done before, had it set up with 3 doms, was picked up walking, taken in their car striped, blindfolded and hands tied. They then took me through a drive through naked in the back seat, then off to a forest where they had their ways with me

Dude...your stance is wrong. SLAVERY is illegal, and cannot be made legal, so your example is flawed. SEX is not illegal, if it is consensual, and the contractual element PROVES that the particular method of sex WAS consensual in light of an allegation to the contrary.
It's not comparable to SLAVERY, it is comparable to a boxing match. FIGHTING is illegal, UNLESS both parties are willing participants.
The contract doesn't exist to en*** behavior, because it can't, but it DOES prove that both parties willingly participated. That's pretty important to be able to show within the realm of CNC.

Furthermore, if contracts with release agreements are so worthless, someone should tell the porn industry they are wasting millions in attorney fees. F**king come on already and think about what you're saying. Documented proof of consent to activity isn't worth anything? That's ASININE. No lawyer or court has ever wanted LESS evidence.

Cuckholding/poly can cover this as you’re putting your emotional trust in your primary partner

I guess anything in public settings has a *** based effect also , very adrenaline inducing 😬
