me**** Posted May 21 I love watching fresh of the boats (cuz I'm an Asian living in the west). And when the notification popped up saying "You've got mails!" , it just reminded me of how Louis Huang said in one of the episodes lolll
Deleted Member Posted May 21 Avatar The Last Airbender is the greatest show of all time or at least the greatest animated show.
Gr**** Posted May 21 “Sense8” was such an amazing series that fans of the loudly unsubscribed from Netflix en masse and only returned after the company promised to give us one last mini-movie to wrap up the Wachowski/JMS creation. It was diverse, queer, shot in location in multiple countries, tense, and sexy. . I’m currently addicted to “Severance,” which also has a rabid following. I showed the season 1 trailer to my chaste boy and he was immediately intrigued. Two episodes in and yeah - he’s invested. Problem: not that many people have AppleTV. . I’m sad that “Carnivale” only got two seasons, but luckily the creator gave an interview detailing how the third and last season would’ve ended: ow. But a paranormal mystery series set in the American “Dust Bowl” era, with music by Wendy & Lisa (formerly of Prince’s Revolution) starring Nick Stahl, Clancy Brown, Adrienne Barbeau, and the backwards gent from the “Twin Peaks” Red Room. . The IT team at a former job got me into “The Expanse,” a science fiction series based on a set of novels. Earth, Mars, and the folks who harvested from asteroid belts (the Belters) all caught up in a conspiracy regarding a big bad playing them off each other. As we found out from someone listening in from another table in the lunch room, the basic tensions mirrored current Euro-Slavic politics at the time. The show ended with quickly after one of the main cast got accused of multiple harassments, but it was still a solid series with two TRULY stand-out characters: one a high ranking government employee, the other a ship crew member.

sm**** Posted May 21 Ultraviolet a rather good mini series with a modern take on the church vs a worldwide vampire cult. UTOPIA and Black Mirror series of semi sci-fi.
