I wait

Patience is something you are training me in. Waiting is not my strong suit, but it shows my obedience to you. When I ask if it is play time you get out my harness and rope. You tie my ankles down and clip my wrist harnesses onto the back of my thigh harness. Lastly, you place the stainless steel collar around the my neck and leash it down. I move my foot so I can touch it to the silken rope. I thread it between my toes. Tickling the bottom of my foot with the cold restraints. As I caress it with my toes, I imagine your hands on it as you tied me down. In my mind’s eye I see your thick callused hands precisely knotting the strand secularly. I convince myself that I can tell which parts you touched. Those sections are warmer and full of magic.

I notice the scent you left behind. I would know the smell of you anywhere in the world. I have never realized how it permeates the room. It is woven through the mattress and splashed on the walls. It’s the smell of grease and wood from your work combined with the clean smell of your soap and the musk of your beard oil. It invades all of my senses.

I start to feel a burn in my shoulder. The muscles are straining against being poised at this angle for so long. It is the sharp burn of tense muscles begging for release. I embrace the ***. This *** is for you. This shows you I’m yours. I breathe it into my whole body. I spread it to every cell and revere it. It is no longer burning ***, but warm adoration.

I wonder how long I have been waiting. Time is out of mind. I could have been here for moments, hours, days, ages. I can’t tell. I’m here at your will. I know you are taking your time letting the steam dance around you. I know you are relaxing under the warm shower knowing that your submissive is obedient and at your command.
