Angels in the midnight sky    

Prepare my wings, so I can fly

 

Raise me up and let me soar

Let me be with you once more

 

Welcome me to heaven’s gate

Hurry now,  I can’t be late

 

Release me from this ***d place

Let me find my peaceful grace

 

Tether me from up above

Whisk me home with all your love

 

Open the doors and guide me in

Let my new life now begin

 

Please give me solace in your home

Where Angels are free to roam

 

Bask me in your golden light

Wrap me in your wings tonight

 

See my tears, they are true

As you know, I belong with you

 

Angels please take flight and set me free

And let me come fly with thee………
