Tummyache fetish?

I’m generally vanilla (in a gender-nonconforming way) and not very sexual, but I have one very obscure and intense paraphilia, basically tummyaches and caregiving to a person who has one.

I’ve had it my whole life (likely a miswiring caused by early experiences), it’s involuntary, it causes me shame, and it’s an intense turn-on that makes normal sexuality feel boring in comparison, making it hard to be sexual normally.

My best bet is probably finding a vanilla person, and abstaining from engaging with it at all, and rewire my brain to enjoy normal sexuality.

Even in kink-friendly spaces, I feel like an abnormality.

Is there anyone else who experiences this? Or can empathize (maybe having a similar kink) and would indulge it? Even a friend, who I know is aware of my secret, and doesn’t think less of me for it 😭

I wouldn't lose hope, and certainly don't be ashamed- there are pleasure doms such as myself who get off helping others with their kinks, but also have you had partners in the past? I find your average person (not just people on these apps) in a relationship is open to their partners desires. Like everything a proper open dialogue and good communication is key

Is there a way that you could also indulging in the caretaking kink in ways that don’t just involve a tummy ache? Could it be other situation also? Either way, if you want to “normal” sex to be fun, then there’s work to be done there as well. You might find new kinks you were unaware of too. I dunno. I think you can find ways to make sex exciting, but considering this a shameful secret is probably not going to help you integrate. You don’t need to be ashamed, you just need to keep talking to people to can grasp it as a concept.

Ive never come across anyone with a tummy ache care giving kink. But that doesn't mean that it isn't one. Its interesting the more I read the description. I have a feeling it'd fallen under the impression of a caregiver/giving genre. While I haven't experienced that kink before, you definitely shouldn't feel the need to be ashamed of it.
We're all quirky in our own way and I actually think what you described is quite endearing.
Maybe you'll find someone who has a chronic condition, or with time and trust you find find ways to channel this kink in another form and enjoy your sexuality that way.

I have a friend who has a similar fetish and there's nothing wrong with it. Everyone has a fetish and you shouldn't feel ashamed.
