1.     So as community do you think BDSM Contracts are necessary whether being written or verbal?

2.     What experience have you had with contracts in your personal kink life?

3.     Do you think contracts are necessary?  Would you want one in your relationship?

4.     If you had a contract, would you prefer a written over a verbal one?

5.     Do you think one holds more weight over the other?  If so why?

6.     Do you think your contract should be Non-Disclosure?

7.     Who do you feel is responsible for writing the contract if you went down the path of a written one….the Dom or the Sub?  Or do you feel it’s a shared responsibility?

8.     Do you think a BDSM contract is legally binding, even if notarised?

9.     What type of things would included on a BDSM contract or you would like to see on one?

10.When is it handy to have a contract?

·        For example, if one party breaches the contract, is this your way out?

·        Allows for renegotiation

·        Exit clause built in

11.What if you don’t agree on some clauses of the contract?

·        Do you feel you have a say in being able to negotiate, especially newbie subs

·        Do you feel newbie subs enter into these contracts blindly?

·        Small print matters:   Reading and understanding are very important, so you can identify issues upfront, do you feel newbies miss this?

12.What if your Dominant refuses to negotiate, then what?            What options do you have?

13.Have you ever had experience with contracts?                  Good or Bad?                    If so why?

14.After hearing everyone’s thoughts tonight, do you think you would consider a written or verbal contract in your D/S going forward?

Any final thoughts?

I absolutely loved this Munch @little_dark_princess and @lil-monster. There was so much significant information and these notes make for a great crib sheet for anyone considering a contract on either side of the slash. :clap::clap:
