drawing the line at bl**d

Recommended Posts

a question for all the masochists/sadists that have bl**d as a limit, why is that where you draw the line? personally i love to see marks and have a visual of the damage done to me, especially when they linger.. so i really enjoy when a dom breaks skin. i suppose i’m biased because of this, but i don’t quite understand enjoying p*in and avoiding bl**d. don’t get me wrong no judgement from me, i’m just curious what about it turns you off. is it too intense, or is it the bodily fluid itself that gives you the ick? is it *** of scars? i’m sure the answer is different for everyone, which is the point of asking. i’d love to hear everyone’s different POVs, dom and sub

I enjoy bl@@d play, I find it highly erotic with vampire gloves, vampire crops & paddles. There is something so sensual in a masochistic way that I just enjoy. It breaks the surface but doesnt go deep enough to leave lasting or permanent scars but to then have the .smooth back of the paddle land & feel the tiny droplets just hits a sweetspot for me.
☆1 Always have baby wipes, antibacterial spray & wipes, disposable bags for your clean up rubbish & preferably put down a shower curtain to play on but still disinfect the area before & after use..... Always, always clean your play equipment properly as soon as possible & NEVER share bl@@d bonded equipment.

My main concerns are permanent damage (sepsis, scars, nerve damage, etc.) and legal complications since in the UK it's unlawful to harm someone beyond 'trifling and transient' injuries.

For me when I say ***, I mean it more in terms of people who like drink it or swap it. That’s not for me, *** from impact play I like.

There's plenty of *** to be had, caused and made without ***. I'd imagine a big one is cleanup.

My line is at cutting , piercing , and period *** .

The circulatory system is pretty much a closed system with limited portals in and out. I like to respect that. Have I caused ***? Yes, but it was not the focus

How do folks feel about the line being drawn on people who menstruate? It’s feels a bit like being shunned for a month till you become desirable again.

Wait… you have a month-long menses? You might need to see a doctor!

lol no I don’t, what I mean is I feel at the moment like I have to ride out my menses and not have sex because some folks don’t have sex (penetrative) with menstruating people.

I feel like I’m being rejected for something I can’t control but I also want to respect people’s boundaries it just hurts.

Sorry. I was being silly. I had a sub for a while that loved period sex. The shower and me and her had a lot of fun together. She said it relieved her cramps

No worries! Period sex when I’ve had was so nice and helped with my cramps so much. I’m also a lot more attune with my body during those times.

Anyone that does choose & consent to bl@@d play must always take the necessary health precautions say if there are underlying health conditions or certain medications & please ask within the community IRL or online. Even speak to a health professional, I am very lucky to have a very good open relationship with my health care team & they are cautiously supportive but I know not everyone has this.

I didnt mean that people arent careful so I apologise if i have inadvertantly offended as that was & never would be my intention

I’d argue that the clean up and infection risks are greater. *** play is edge play for a reason. Also, I found that once I began my *** play journey, my skin split easier and I didn’t bruise as well as I once had.

I don't mind period *** at all, but seeing open wounds/cuts sometimes make my *** pressure drop and I might faint. Sadly, I'm squirmish like that. So I rather avoid it.

Im Maso and most Sad's (no matter If they have that line or not) turn me down, because they like easy Play to beginn with and then go Up (If they have that line, they Love to move it)

I would want to have full consent and a convo before. Along with there being safety around *** and what is being used to puncture the skin to that degree. Otherwise I’m okay with it.

People mostly step away when I mentioned about *** play. Which totally understandable. You need to do at least mid-high impact to be able to achieve them in terms of beating. Or there are types of kn!fe/sharp object play that need to be done in order to make a cut. Therefore, ones need to have such high *** tolerance and good mentality and the dom also need to actually into it bcs they need to go pretty far. At the end of the day, it’s all about preference and knowing your and the other person’s limits. To each their own.

Hygiene/sanitary reasons and safety would be one of the most top concern people have too.

In my case its only during cycle but i do find other ways to play that keep that out of it if possible . Sometimes ive personally flexed the limit to please the sub . I hear what u r saying tho n yes the shunned can b a neg .

Personally me, I assume it comes from when I was like 6 years old when I cut my finger quite deeply by accident, for me at that age age THAT amount of *** was quite terrifying, so I kinda got a big amount of *** like phobia lol
