Practical problems

Recommended Posts

So... in this lifestyle we all have a lot of cool and interesting things we do for our kinks. But today I want to talk about the practical issues you have and how you overcome them.

I'll start. I'm currently in chastity and it is really difficult to go to the toilet without making a mess. Sitting helps and, of course, being ***d to sit rather than stand can be part of the fun. But sometimes the inconvenience and extra mess is a problem.

What practical problems have you had in your lifestyle practice?

I’m running into two issues. Biggest one being I want to start feminizing, but do I work on slimming down first or start with estro? The second is just mechanical. Due to surgery on my feet I can’t wear shoes with laces etc, so I’m trying to figure out if I can even wear heels anymore.

If you’re really seeking that sort of change, you should make make sure you are exercising in general. As the fat is removed by exercise, new fat deposits will form in places that better fit with your hormone of choice. Slimming down first is a question I’d defer to the transfemmes around.

I’d be glad to, but I need to check the guide on that beforehand. I’d rather not get a time out for being dumb. Thx!

Exercise is good regardless of how you do it. Exercise is the best way to get in shape.

Yes, but different exercises target different muscle groups curls are working great for my arms and squats for my legs but I need something a bit stronger for my core.

Any exercises that use free weights engages the core by default, the same goes for any exercise where balance plays a role.

The feet issue is an interesting one. I'm confused as to why this particular surgery might mean no lace ups? Is it just cos you now need comfy shoes?

I'd argue that anything that requires no laces would unfortunately also likely exclude heels. But there may be ways to fix that.

My own relationship with heels is not great. Some bad experiences in the past.

I had to have four toes pinned together. Lot of hardware in my first two toes on each. Makes them inflexible which makes shoes annoying.

That’s interesting. Don’t heels often pin the toes together to a large degree? It may be compatible. But I am not a heels wearer, so don’t take what I say as anything useful here
