Starting off with lower amounts of time is generally better for yourself and your comfort, I wouldn’t recommend going for like… multiple days until you’re comfortable wearing it for a whole day

Start off build up time in it. Get one that fits you well as that will be more comfortable.

Have looked at some, pretty expensive to get good quality. But worth it if it is for real. You will of course still need to be able to toilet and clean so there is that consideration...and cushioning options.

female chastity is a bit harder to execute than male chastity unfortunately. it can still be done, but just not as a long term thing for sanitary reasons. just make sure you are able to unlock to clean up! it also can get a bit uncomfortable with the straps rubbing/chafing so work up to longer use
