Do I have to be larger to explore being a feedee??

I’ve seen people basically kind of turned that into their workout portions. Like they’ll go really hard at the gym before and after a session.

Sure. It’s fine. People have different versions of kinks. So for some the weight gain might be central to their kink and those are the kind of potential partners you might want to avoid. Whereas there are others who may only really care about the actual feeding aspect to fulfill their kinks and may therefore make a better partner for you to experiment with.

Either way though you could still try it, maybe just don’t do extremely heavy foods or crazy big portions, but I don’t think you’re alone in that feeling

As long as you have a good routine at the gym, you shouldnt gain weight. Look at what pro eaters do like Katrina eats, or.beardmeetsfood.

They will 6-7000 calories but then burn it off in the gym and have a couple of low.calorie days.

No, you don't have to gain weight to explore being a feedee. There are people who enjoy this feeding dynamic without major changes on their body. As any other kink there are extremes and they are risky. Feederism is usually known by these extreme cases, people that put on a lot of weight, but thats not mandatory, focus on what feels good and right for you.

Yes I’ve never had an issue with weight gain but because I’m very short and don’t weigh a ton, my maintenance calories are only 1200.

So youd probably want to negotiate 2-3 days or lots of salad. Or up your calorie burn to match the increased calorie input.

This is not entirely true.

Exercise only accounts for about 20% of health and physique 80% is diet and recovery. I guarantee you this, I've seen it on my own body.

Don't eat like pro eaters or bodybuilders, their routines aren't sustainable for most. It's unhealthy.

Consuming 6,000 calories of junk food is vastly different from 6,000 calories of nutritional, high quality foods in terms of health, body composition, satiety, etc..

What you've said about them having off days with low carb diets is true they usually eat very clean when they're not competing. However there's a risk of metabolic damage from this kind of competition.

If burning it off was simple they'd live on junk. They don't, because macros and micronutrients keep them lean.

In short if you eat junk you'll get fat eventually, regardless if you work out or not.

you will likely gain weight as a feedee. there are a lot of other factors at play, sure.  Including your own metabolism. Any current exercise and diet. So on.

But in short, you cannot just eat a load of junk food then run it off.

There are no rules as to how you adopt a fetish into your life.

If you want to be a feeder without the gain then you’ll have to expel the excess or work it off in some way. I’m not sure it’s particularly healthy or if that’s still classed as feeder but make your own rules so it fits with you and your lifestyle.

You don’t HAVE to do anything that you are not comfortable with!
They’re are always ways to enjoy your kinks at a pace and level that you enjoy. If you don’t enjoy it (for whatever reason) talk it out and change it.
It’s supposed to be fun for all those involved. Nothing should be expected of you that you are not comfortable with, good communication should ensure that. If it doesn’t, then I would recommend that you reassess the relationship.

I guess a thing - is weight gain is a no no - how do you feel this fetish/fantasy is going to go?

Like for example is the feeder only allowed to give you instructions one day per month, and then you spend the rest of the month doing increased excercise and low calorie diet?

Do you set a limit based on calories?  Will you be spending the rest of the time/month *accurately* tracking intake and exercise.

You have to accept that weight gain is likely to happen.

You might wanna give consideration to what you really want to get out of it. If you don't wanna gain weight perhaps you wanna be fed. If that's the case, what might be the reason behind it?

Yess that sounds like something that would interest me Ty!

I’m heading to the Gold Coast from Perth for a few days this week.

I’ve explored similar dynamics before, including structured reverse PT sessions where I’d eat while watching TV and use my sub as my dinner table.

I understand the psychology and the pleasure behind it.

I’m currently dieting and very aware of the food I love. The idea of directing that indulgence onto someone else, feeding them what I would usually eat, is something new and genuinely exciting for me.

I’ve explored a lot, but this desire feels fresh.
