En***d weight loss

[steelboundslave]

A fantasy suddently dropped into my thought process the other day...and that is...en***d weight loss. So, truth me told, I've reached the age of 46, and have, well, gained a few extra pounds! Dieting seems not to work, so, the other thought I had, was en***d weight loss. So, being enslaved by a Master who closely controlls food my food intake, makes me do hard labour on a daily basis, manual work, that sort of thing, all with the goal of making me a fitter and healthier slave. Now, this then got me wondering, has anyone ever done this sort of thing before? Both as a sub and Dom? Is it something that is a common type of fetish, or pretty niche?

My first dom used to *** me to run up the stairs on my hands and knees Everytime I bratted at him. It was effective.

Or just track calories out/in its a very straight forward process. If dieting "doesn't work" you aren't eating below your maintenence

LOL... You just described boot camp. They tell you when to eat, exercise, sleep basically everything. Everyone that enlisted is a sub for this treatment.

Or just either respond about the topic or keep ya mouth shut? For someone on a kink site you are already quite disrespectful.

It would all depend on your availability, I love to make improvements to a slave, it’s nice that you would like to pursue making those changes and incorporate that into a kink as well, the key is proper nutrition, simply protein in at the beginning and in increments throughout the day and then working the parts of your body you want to improve , flatten and trim the mid section, make your bottom firm and round, definition in your arms and shoulders and legs. It’s not so much as loosing weight as it is re sculpting your body. You will peal away the surface fat but you’ll be building muscle at the same time, unless you’re really fat then you’ll be loosing a good bit of that and fat doesn’t weigh as much as muscle so you’ll reduce your weight as you go, and something else that will help to build your confidence and immediately make you feel better about yourself when you get ready to start. Take some good photos of you, after that, Go to a tanning salon and get a spray on tan and let that soak in over night, next day do your toenails bright red Metalflake or gold Metalflake over bright red polish. Do your fingernails bright red only as soon as that dries have your dom give you a message with the dark tanning moose, get a good brand not from Walmart, after that soaks in then proceed into slavery and take some more photos now your going to see a huge improvement over yesterday, that should make you feel very sexy right then and give you the inspiration to take your body to the next level cause you are going to earn the results you get along with enjoying some kinky bondage and wild sexual teasing over several days, there is a solution for you. If you need a little help with that , I’m in the metro Atlanta area.
Good luck to ya !
