Custom clothing made in the UK

OK people, can you tell me where or who to go to get stuff custom made in the UK, can be anything really, but I am currently looking for custom puffer jackets.

Check vendors at Renaissance festivals, there's usually a few leatherwork specialists who dabble. It will not be cheap.

Cathouse Clothing and Federation Rubber/Latex are both good for custom and off-the-peg latex.
