Not always.. It's a one person or two person operation. Many people sound by themselves. Other people enjoy having it done to them. Get a nice set of sounds, stainless steel being the best, make sure their sanitary or boiled, always use gloves, lube or desensitizing gel if needed. Have fun.

I wouldn’t use desensitizating gel only because you want to be able to feel the pleasure from it and you also want to know if it’s hurting too.
