Runny mascara

When I wanted to do it for a shoot I simply applied and immediately watered it to give that runny mascara effect. Otherwise I don’t wear mascara. Sorry if not useful

Anyone that is made for contacts, they are made to dissolve with tears and there are some cheap ***tore ones!

As semi-professional make-up artist: I'd try using highly pigmented black eyeshadow, either with a very thin, angled brush as eyeliner, or lightly dip a spoolie/mascara brush in the eyeshadow and apply as you would regular mascara (or on top of it)
Alternatively, any liquid and non-waterproof eyeliner that smears well with water, applied with a clean spoolie/mascara brush should also work
Both should produce some good extra stains, so to speak 🫡

Honestly just cake on some thick cheap dollar store pencil eyeliner on your bottom eyelid and that stuff will run like a motor

Any cheap liquid eye liner applied with a mascara wand/ spool brush makes the perfect run down with a little eye watering good fun. Like wet n wild or elf- as long as it’s not waterproof, you’re good
