Where did I agree to this?

Can someone please tell me where in the terms of service did I agree to allow fetish.com to send my personal data to kayako?  A company is paid by fetish.com but not affiliated with them.

Kayako is the platform the support team use to respond to support tickets

it has nothing to do with personal data
