Ad will not go online

This is the second ad I want to post so I know more or less how this works. But the second one will not go online and that’s regardless whether I pay for highlight or not after that highlighting window just returns to the ad editor without any effect. Anybody can help me?

Hey I just experienced this issue for the last couple days, dealt with tech support but they were no help. In the end the issue was simple, there's an invisible 500 character limit on ads that prevent you from from posting. Feels very short to me

Hey, thanks a lot guys. I was also suspecting a character limit but because I didn’t see any I did not follow that path.And tech support was not helpful? What exactly do they do for a living. Frankly speaking, I was thinking that this is the tech support. But obviously the purpose of that channel here is the outsource as many tech request as possible to the users. Alright, guys, take care!
