Bastinado is great I can be so cruel and sadist when I see a pair of females soles side by side I love beating them by birch and cane also I love to use cane and hose who can bear me and my devil inside😈

Newbies usually can't bear hard strokes and soles are so sensitive for that but I am going to suggest traditional position of bastinado (falaka) when you have lied on floor and your ankles are tied to a horizontal rod and restricted now defendless soles are ready to serve her master and his cane don't forget every bastindo session should be consist of some warming hits and some ***full strokes (depending on your endurance)😈😈😈
