Yup- my yoga practice deffo filters into contirtionistic’play’ - pushing the boundaries of *** and control.. also makes you strong in performance ie doing bridge pose whilst being sucked off 🤭

I'm not really a spiritual person - but...

if you go into self flagellation in Christianity a lot who practiced said it helped bring them closer to God - in reality, it was probably subspace.
