Milesh Posted October 31 Same and I tried to do that months ago and yet still says it's on and it tries to bill me a membership to turn it off I can't even change to cc as the one it's going to try and bill is expired
ey**** Posted October 31 for autorenewals etc a big problem people had in the past is they bought their subscriptions via google or apple, but then tried to cancel within the site/app itself - but that isn't where they bought the membership. It is worth double checking in google (or apple) for any subscriptions as if it's in there, that's where you turn it off
