The infliction of punishment.
The submissive mind’s nourishment.
It all fades in time.
The truth,
The lies.
The sun setting,
And its rise.
Live in every moment,
For they pass in a heartbeat.
Indulge your desires;
They too will fade.
Journey into the fires,
Where dreams are made.
Whether in power,
Or under the spell,
Everything is temporary.
Give yourself to someone,
Or take them as your own.
What is more tragic,
Than a life spent alone?
It is in these dynamics,
Where we are most at home.
Everything is temporary;
That is life’s sadness.
It will all become a memory…
Isn’t that madness?
Nothing is forever.
Not the pleasure,
Nor the ***.
While we are all here,
We may aswell play the game.
