Gangbangs are notoriously difficult to organise, especially as you go up in numbers - mixed bag on, for example, the high percentage of men who drop out or no show - or that for some being 1 of 20 is less appealing than being (say) 1 of 6 due to their own time and opportunity (some might be into GBs but still not really want to be involved if you're already covered in cum/***/whatever from 10 other people) 

While you have less control on participants, being a regular at a swing club and making it clear your long term aim is a multi person GB would boost your chances - stuff like "Greedy Girls" nights tend to be set up for such purposes.

So, I'm not getting into the "true sub" thing but in a GB scenario you're going to have to use "no" as a tool, or have a spotter (potential Master) who will say no on your behalf.  Not just for your own safety and wellbeing but everyone else.

See above that if there is a guy who early doors wants to do something to you that will put other guys who are in attendance off - then your "no" is for them as well as you.

Like you might be willing to take a risk if, say, someone with questionable sexual health wants to do bareback, but will the other 19 guys want to go in after?
