What am I?.......

Am I the wolf or the sheep?

How much do you delve deep?

 

Are you the Master who holds the strings?

Or am I the Siren who lures you in?

 

Do you surrender or do you plunder?

Am I your light or are you my thunder?

 

Can you run shivers down my spine?

Or is It for me to tantalise your mind?

 

Will you rip out my soul?

Or will I devour you whole?

 

Do you wrap me in chains?

Or can I open your veins? 

 

Will you show me how it’s done?

Or will you become undone?

 

Will you lead me along?

Or am I too headstrong?

 

Do you have what it takes?

Or are you the one for me to break?

 

Will you rattle my bones?

Or will I lead you back home?

 

Are you the one that I seek?

Or do you leave me in tears, as I weep?

 

I am the riddle still to be solved

What am I? Can you resolve?......

Yeah, I also know it is hard to find a play partner who can deal with a siren, a sphinx who will only ever playfully surrender
