I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo on my lady bits but don’t know where to go where I would feel comfortable and not judged. Willing to travel a little bit if it’s the right artist .

As a tattoo artist myself... that's not really a strange or odd place... theres no need to be apprehensive.

You can get it done by most artists, you mostly should just walk into stores and ask about it (or send them a email) till u find someone whos right for u
