Domme of decades here. I completely agree on how superficially immersive it is here. My first letter to customer service would be about the silly test. Granted, I've always said I don't have a submissive fiber in my body, and the test showed that, but browsing other profiles and seeing something like %90 dominant/%70 submissive just irks me. DO YOU KNOW MATH??? And if a switch can be comprised of %180, then I should be at least %200 dominant. Using only 50 shades of nonsense terms without going into the actual depths of BDSM and all the different dynamics and kinks, yet branding it as badass fetish kinky wonderland is just too much for the kinksters that aren't fully any role, and not real enough for the ones that are.

I don't expect a switch to understand why the quiz is so messed up. D&S are just 1 type of dynamic and should only be one type of result. And in & out of kink I've both taken and delivered enough personality / type quizzes, that they usually have a definitive answer, even if some of your replies could fall under another type.
So perhaps I should've rephrased with my comment about the math and asked "do the people who wrote this quiz know that there's more types than just dominant & submissive and that if you're about %50 on either side then to categorize you as a switch?"
And starting out accusatory with "you don't understand the math" makes me think that you either work here, don't understand BDSM, or both.
