Solo play (anal)

With a long distance D/s relationship, I need ways to strengthen certain areas in his absence until I secure some local connections. What are the toys for anal, solo play when your goal is to fisted?

They have anal training toys that start small and go large. I would stick to those and work on prep. Keep going till your one over the size of the fist. You can also use a fist toy just to verify, but base matters unless you want crazy ER looks.

Try searching sex shops for 'anal training set' or 'anal dilator set'. They are normally a set of plugs increasing in size up to normally 1.5" in diameter. From there I found a nice hollow plug set which increases to about 2.5" diameter

From there you will just need a big tapered toy to continue increasing your size until it's ready for a fist

Use the stretching pump training sets and lots lube. Takes a discernible to flex the inert muscle and be conscious of side effects. Having a prolapse isn’t for everyone.
