I built D-Ring attachment points into the bed I made. No one knows they are there just looking at it. Restraints are attached and ready to be used.
Etsy has a bunch of downloadable plans to make convertible furniture. We bought a couple, including a St. Andrew's Cross that folds down into a little bench.

Following for tips as well
As a designer (although for buildings) some of these ideas are so exciting! got me thinking….
I have D rings attached to the bed, St. Andrew’s cross that folds up to look like a piece of barn wood with designs on it,leather straps / restraints built into hidden compartments on my dining room table just to name a few I have.
Paced eye bolts in top corners of my
Armoire with carabiner hooks attached to ropes easy release cuffs attached and then all repeated at bottom. The hooks remove and/or it can be placed on top and under the armoire or removed completely. Straps can be screwed to the back side of headboard and footboard of bed. A swing that hangs over closet door and can be removed.

I have an ottoman bed, and the metal frame supporting the mattress is perfect for metal cuffs to be chained to and dropped down in the corners, ready to be pulled out and used when wanted!

I have one of those queening chairs with the elasticated strips on the top. Can easily be taken apart and put inside my ottoman bed with the rest of my toys. No one knows they’re all there 😈

You can get over the door hooks from temu/ amazon, then use them to suspend an anal hook from or a collar to hold subby in place.

Fix a ring to the ceiling for some artwork or a hanging basket, that you can then use to suspend someone from if it happens to be where a joist is.
Also have a huge square chest in the lounge. One of those we keep blankets in each side of. But the handles on the side are perfect to chain the cuffs of a subby to keep them bent over across the table for play. It’s perfect hip height for pegging/ CBT/ impact play.

Your house sounds like an awful lot of fun☺️

An adjustable bed is great. You can put it in a lot of different positions.

Several of my 'plant hooks' are rated for 200+ pounds.
I made a diy cat of nine trails using shoe laces that i braided together and connected them to a rubber that is a hanger for a lawn mower deck then wrapped more shoe lace around that then tied it off to make a softer yet very sturdy handle.
