This week consisted of the same guy with the same pic creating another profile then contacting me with the same cheesy line and expecting me not to report him as a scammer! Why does this keep happening to me? And why is he allowed to keep creating profiles with the same things?!?!?!

I have reported them, but it doesn't seem to make a difference when the person just creates a new one with a different name. I've reported the same person with the same profile pic 4 times now. It's frustrating when the same thing keeps occurring. Same pic, same person, different name
