This was exactly my first thought. Accidental suffocation. Whilst I would adore such a device for keeping a subby there at other times, whilst I’m *** and he is too……. I’d worry about safety.

Was put into such a thing, several years ago. A posture-type collar, adapted with angled buckles to join a wide belt
