Private dungeon hire

Hi all, what are the best places for private hiring of a dungeon, Midlands based ideally. We know of a couple and used one regularly, but our favourite has closed down now. We are aware some of the clubs hire out their dungeon rooms, but not hear much about them. 

Our home setup hasn't got the larger equipment and another setting always makes for a great scene.
