Recharging is important for WholeHealth

Sundays and Mondays are my day off. It’s extremely important to me to have a healthy work life ballot. On Sundays and Mondays I turn my phone and email off. I turn my social media on and other unproductive things then I am a ambivert or Omnivert so in order for me to be able to rest, relax, and recharge on these days, I need a neurotic balance of extroverted Time in the sun, socializing, being outdoors in nature (wood or water), balanced with equal measure, introverted, activities, resting, cuddling, vegging out, lots of cooking and providing or pleasuring for someone else. Then Monday night at midnight, it’s back into work mode.

What do you need to rest, relax, and recharge?
