Making sub wear butt plug

Yes, I think that is a good punishment. Wearing a plug makes me feel very submissive, so I think that would help with the ego. Also, it becomes a bit of a nussiance  to wear over a prolonged period. A week may be a bit much if he is never worn a plug before. One or two days may be sufficient. Taking it in and out is a bit annoying so if you really want to punishment, make him take it out and put it in a few times a day.

As far as size goes, I would just start with the smallest one. They do sell training sets with various sizes that he can work up to. I will say the largest size in the set is tough. I've never been able to do it without it hurting. However, overtime I switched from the the silicon plugs to glass ones. The glass are more firmer and harder to take, but for me were a way to step it up without going to a large size.

As a sub if plug was to punishment it came with conditions.
First if i was to be away more than Bluetooth distance away, as soon as she txts me to show her butt plug is still in i was to take a pic or video there and then no matter where it was and see d to her. Two minutes to reply.
Second if plug punishment was called for, and i was near her say out shopping for panties or at dinner or my worst around my daughter who was always informed but i did not know.I was to wear a 5 inch Bluetoothed plug that vibrated-6 sttings- WHEN EVER she want to turn it on. The plug had 5 hours life. Yep walking was hard after but I thought twice about being a brat sissy boy.
