If you are desensitized I would suggest holding off for a full months on anythingntouching your nipples. No licking, pinching etc.

Its all about sesitivity. If ypu get used to it its not worth it.

So every other week or every other month abstain from touching areas that youbused to enjoy and now just cant find the perfect toy/sensation.

So there are more extreme clamps (I have some evil ones from extreme restraints that only a couple of people have managed)…. But as others have said there are ways to increase sensations. Rope play and or nipple suction can use *** flow. Not touching or touching everywhere but nipples can increase the need and focus on the area. Cold and heat used in various ways and against each other. Various different sensations (sharp, soft, pinching, pulling etc) used between each other. Blindfolds and other sensory deprivation. I've had yoga discs taped over the nipples for many hours, its good for a build up before any clamps later, you get spontaneous bursts of the discs digging into nipples as the nipples harden for random reasons. Worn over several hours when the discs come off its like having clamps on, the nipples are so sensitive.

Try using nipple pumps to create a vacuum suction on your nipple for a few monutes and work your way up slowly to larger durations. I reccomend using water in the pumps to avoid any blisters from the pumping. The temporary size and sensitivity increase is wonderful to couple with clamps and you might not be disappointed in the Gemini's anymore, but they are weak on their own.
