It seems like pictures aren't loading in chat and the timestamp is set wrong, new messages say "in about 1 hour". This started 30 minutes ago for me.

Happens to (almost) everyone. The app is being unstable yet again. Hopefully will be back working fine soon.

The clocks went back an hour in the UK (and elsewhere in Europe) last night. I wonder if that's related to your issue?

It seems to be working now, except images sent at that time don't work, still.

I’m having an issue where I have my filters set for 180 miles radius of me yet my whole feed is filled with people and posts from 4000 plus miles away and all in German. I can’t read 80% of the posts

I know what you mean. Do you have "discussion", "news", or "friends and faves" checked? Those are each "all or nothing" categories that will disregard your other filters....much to my chagrin.

I was also having issues with receiving photos last night, but from before the UK clock change, and some messages appearing in the preview bar but not in the main chat. Today I can't scroll back through the chat to reread earlier messages. It keeps on moving right back down to the bottom again.

Yes, I'm having the same issues now. But I was able to scroll back earlier today but then I got logged out of the app.

Has anyone had a chat on hold until the other person has been verified, then got a notification that you can resume messaging, only to have the pop up saying they still need to verify?

I've never been notified I could resume chatting, but I have been prevented from chatting with some people until they verified themselves, and some of them did verify themselves later. I do like the idea of such a notification, but it must be new and maybe malfunctioning.

Weird. Maybe it was just a notification that they were back online but they are still blocked for not verifying.
