Actually there are so many piercings options, including actual vaginal piercings, that go through to the anus. Vulva, labia, VCH, HCH, I've even seen someone get their cervix pierced! Where there's a kink there is also a spectrum from mild to extreme!

Please don't try and mansplain genital piercings to me... I had my first (my VCH) as a ***ager in 1999, and I added to them from there.
They're not vaginal piercings; the general term to cover all anatomy around the vulva would be genital piercings.
I have never met anyone who has had their vagina pierced. For men who are unfamiliar with the anatomy of women, that's the internal part of the body and it would carry a high infection risk.
