Using the filters to search

[Br****]

I am guessing this feature doesn’t exist, but I was hoping to confirm this (if it doesn’t, it could be a great feature to add).

When I am trying to search for types of profiles, I can only say show me profiles that have X, Y, Z. Can I also say don’t show me profiles that have A, B, C?

For example, I am not really interested in people who switch, as I am not a switch, so we are less likely to match. So can I say show me just dominants, but don’t show me people who also included switch in their profile.

These filters already exist if you go to search/browse kinksters.
.
These filters don't exist for the swipe/match/spank/like game (only very minimal filters there).
.
Your home feed shows forum posts from certain forums from everyone, but only shows pic uploads and whatever based on home feed filtering, which is more than the match game but less than searching.

The search/browse kinksters page allows you to say what you want to see, not what you don’t want to see

[sardonicus87]

Just select what you want to see and don't select what you don't want to see. It inherently filters out and doesn't show what you don't want.
.
So if you're open to everything but X, then select everything except X.
.
I'm not understanding the problem...

Some things allow strict matching too, I think roles/archetypes is one of those things.

It is not exactly a problem, but I think if the filters had more flexibility, it would have been even better

The problem with this is that not everybody updates their profile with labels, they might instead indicate it through their about me text. So you might miss that perfect person because of a filtering flaw.

People not using the labels and leaving their profile blank is a different issue that I think Fet should address.

But if they don’t use the labels and things like that, it makes it harder to interact with their profile

Lots of people who switch don't switch with a single partner but will switch from the left/right or top/bottom *depending* on the other partner.

Is there a way to filter for miles at least. I have only seen it for ads but not for anything else. Im newer here tho so maybe I've just overlooked it somehow. Input appreciated.

Have they limited the search feature? You used to be able to search ethnic origins but it’s not there anymore

Why can’t I search local people. When I use the search it only shows me people 500 miles away. What’s up with this

The option already exists. When searching for members, click on search criteria, then there is a radius option, you can select how far away you want search results as low as 5km away.

That is also still there, you go to add interest and fetishes to your search, scroll down and the option is there.

Is this on the web browser or the app? I can’t access the website on my phone anymore even if I have it set for desktop version.
There doesn’t seem to be an option for adding interest

Sorry it was on the website, it seems it is missing from the app.
