I would always say that I prefer small petite feet, however I’d say size 5 is perfect

I'm 5'1 and wear size 9. They've never looked big; always like to keep them looking pretty. Compared to my partner, they are rather small and petite.

I'm 5'11 and it really depends on the shoe but I can wear anything from an 8.5-9.5 US
