Anyone else into this and if so what direction does it take.

Mine tends to go to over the top feminisation (so yeah I am post op TS) and things related to it.

That's definitely for me, large breasts, narrow waist ( with a corset) and a big bum. Not over the top just to look super girly.

I am not sure it is a fetish, but extreme modifications  of certain body parts.  Lips, Breasts, butts, cheeks are very very interesting.

@slavecaroIt's pretty much the only thing that gets my motor running so yeah, it is a fetish.  Most peeps into BM go an other direction tough so not much luck in finding like minded people.
