Foreign languages used for domination and punishments?

[Jokerz-1160]

If your domme knows a language that you do not, I wonder if she did ever use it to assert her domination? Like, she could say something knowing you won't understand, or talk to her friends/relatives in front of you? Or watch an interesting movie or TV show in that language instead of English, so that you won't be able to follow?

That's actually very sexy. My ex wife is Lebanese...

I did that few times … she’s dutch and we were both speaking fluently Italian and english but she has dutch and I had spanish

I've kinda have it happen.  Like, I've done stuff in Romania and Germany, as well as worked with people of many nationalities.     Mind, I speak enough German I overhead two people saying *nice* things about me.

Though, in general, two people speaking their mother tongue when you don't need to be involved in the discussion isn't necessarily an assertion of Dominance.

someone did exactly that – very very seldom though and it mostly resulted in some laughs but she did it more to be able to react more specifically to the situation at hand – we conversed in english but it was not the mother tongue for both of us.

Though reflecting on this – she used it deliberately to express that it was a very special situation - be it good or bad and as such maybe more subconsciously used it as tool.

Interesting.

I've heard that for some purposes a foreing langualge can be used to create headspace… but that might be far-fetched.
