Its not permanent, dont worry, do kegels if youre concerned, but ultimately remember: that thing is meant to push out a whole baby, it can handle a fist. If it was your first time with no training, it makes sense youd be sore after. Stretching holes, be it a vagina, a butthole, or even a pierced earlobe; need to be trained n stretched gradually. (The earlobe doesn’t bounce back obviously because it doesn’t have muscles, but the stretching process same principle still)

As a long time giver and receiver of fisting, I can tell you at least the vagina-having partners I’ve been with have had no of loss of general vaginal experience overall as a result. Of course in any situation your mileage may vary, but I’ve generally heard that same thing repeated by others. It certainly is possible that in the short term until you get more regularly experienced in receiving objects as large as a fist, you may experience soreness as stretch stretching large does tend to be a bit taxing early on

I have been fisted a lot over the years.

Occasionally I have gotten slight numbness just from being so over stimulated.

It's never lasted longer than a few hours.

But yes, if you stretch it out, then directly after it will not feel quite as tight. They're elastic though; they tighten back up.

Im so curious about this muscular system thing from a nerdy/knowledge standpoint. How would i learn more without accidentally going down a rabbit hole of bs 😆

Just check out the 3 layers of the pelvic muscles and their orientation in concentric movement.

BTW.. Kegel.. well.. not really the best choice of training.
Best is just to Train by learning control over every layer by certain images like pulling your hip spinas together simply by muscular activation. Never overdo it and never ever do it on the toilet as you could move a tiny bit of *** around which actually can cause infections.
