How about we try to write your personal ad? As you correct it, you might learn something, because you're trying to ask how you might communicate your boundaries and desires to another. (This might be a little tongue-in-cheek)
"Single, pessimistic AF female seeks man for sex. I don't want to be your friend, girlfriend or your wife. You must have a clean, comprehensive STD panel and use protection as I require. You must be monogamous with me during the time of our sexual relationship, which must last longer than one night. Feelings/connection to be negotiated later".
How far off is this? We're not sure if "robot guys" are desired or to be avoided.

I like this. A real, tangible, easy win. Great idea as a starting point with how to progress with changes/corrections along the way 😀
